These terms govern your use of AllSeasonSupply.com, operated by YOUR STEPS LLC, doing business as All Season Supply ("we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors may vary by screen. If a product is not as described, our Refund & Return Policy applies.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If we find a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Products may be limited or discontinued.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including for suspected fraud. You agree to provide accurate payment and shipping details and authorize us to charge your payment method. Sales tax is added where required.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Return Policy, both of which are part of these terms.

Safe use and installation

Follow the instructions included with each product. For load-bearing items such as the overhead garage hoist, make sure it is mounted into suitable structural framing, never exceed the stated weight capacity, and keep people clear while loads are raised or lowered. You are responsible for judging whether a product suits your space, vehicle, and use. If you are unsure about installation, consult a qualified professional.

Warranty disclaimer

Except as stated in our policies or required by law, products and the site are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Manufacturer warranties, if any, will be stated on the product page or in the packaging.

Limitation of liability
